What types of companies are you looking for?

Companies can be startups, scaleups or small-medium enterprises. They should already be revenue generating and incorporated in Singapore with enough domestic traction to have the capacity and bandwidth to be serious about launching into the European market.

Which industries does this programme focus on?

We will be focussing on the largest and fastest-growing industries in the Netherlands, which are also aligned with Startupbootcamp’s areas of expertise and existing networks, including, but not limited to: Fintech, E-commerce, Food & AgriTech, Energy & Sustainability, Mobility & Logistics and AI.
We will consider companies outside these areas on a case by case basis.

What are the program costs and what is included?

The programme has a highly subsidised fee per participating company of SGD $6,535 plus travel costs. Each company may have more than one person participate under the one fee. This covers:
• 9 weeks of preparation with weekly 1:1 sessions with topic experts, matched expert (paid) advisors in the Netherlands   for each company, personalised market research and competitive landscape reports for each company, customer and   investor leads and introductions and social events.
• 9 days of activities in the Netherlands including guest speakers, networking events, site visits, 1:1 meetings with investor   and customer leads, 1:1 meetings with advisors and local business support experts (legal, banking, HR etc.), and a final   demo day pitch to investors and relevant industry professionals.

Is this program all in-person, or can I participate virtually?

The first 9 weeks of the programme will be conducted from Startupbootcamp Singapore’s office with some sessions run from the offices, however there will be dial-in options available for all sessions if you are not able to attend physically. It is however required that you are available to travel to the Netherlands for the full duration of the in-market portion. Please discuss with us if you have any issues meeting the dates.

What does the application and selection process look like?

To apply, simply fill in the application form and submit a pitch deck that provides a summary of your company and outlines why you would like to participate in this programme. We will conduct short interviews with the shortlisted applicants and notify of the outcome 2 weeks before programme kick-off.
